Young Yoga Prodigy Ishwar Sharma Secures Gold at European Championship

13-year-old Yoga prodigy Ishwar Sharma, of Indian origin, secured the Gold Medal at the European Yoga Sports Championship in Sweden. Based in Kent, England, he started yoga at three and won the Europe Cup 2023 in Boys 12-14. Despite autism and ADHD, he led online classes for 40 children across 14 countries during lockdown. Sharma, honored by UK PM Boris Johnson, has five world championships and runs IYoga Solutions with his father to promote Yoga benefits in the UK.
