Tomato prices touch 200 rs. per kg in some parts of the country

Tomato prices have touched up to ₹200 per kilogram in some parts of the country, including Delhi. The jump in prices came as incessant rains disrupted supplies, traders said. According to government data, the all-India average retail price of tomato was ₹104.38/kg, the maximum price was ₹200/kg in Sawai Madhopur and the minimum price was ₹31/kg in Churu in Rajasthan.
