i) Collect or attempt to collect personally identifiable information of any person or entity without their express written consent.
j) Engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including "flaming," "spamming," "flooding," "trolling," and "griefing" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
k) Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," duplicative messages, or any other form of solicitation.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information on the website that:
(a) Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;

(i) Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of any country, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting to any nation. You will not use the website or any content provided thereof for any purpose that is illegal, unlawful, or prohibited by this Agreement. You will not access (or attempt to access) the content provided through the website by any means other than through the website unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate written agreement with Anyshorts. 5. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Anyshorts reserves its right to refuse service, restrict, suspend your access to the website, delete, move, or remove any content that is available on the website, establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website at any time with or without any prior notice.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anyshorts, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses arising out of the breach of any of the terms by you or due to your use/misuse of the website.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of law at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement. If you access the website from any location, then you are responsible for compliance with the local laws applicable to you.
9. LIMITED TIME TO BRING YOUR CLAIM
You and Anyshorts agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the website must commence within one month after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action will be permanently barred.
