Man accused of parading women naked in Manipur arrested

A horrifying video has emerged from Manipur which has been burning in the fire of violence for the last two months which has shaken everyone. In the video, a crowd of some people is seen making two women naked and making them roam on the road. Meanwhile, Khairem Heradas, the main accused in the Manipur brutality case, has been arrested. The accused was identified from the viral video.
