Indian athletes Annu Rani and Kishore Jena showcased their prowess in javelin throw at the Lebanon Athletics Championships 2023 in Beirut, securing gold medals in their respective categories. Annu Rani led the six-woman field with a best throw of 55.32m, though falling short of her national record of 63.82m set last year. Nevertheless, their outstanding performances added to India’s triumphs in the prestigious competition held on Friday.
