Indian weightlifters Sanapathi Guru Naidu and M Tomchou Meetei clinched silver and bronze medals, respectively, in the 55kg men’s youth category at the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships. Mukund Santosh Aher, secured a silver medal in the 55kg Junior category. The championship, taking place at Gautam Buddha University, commenced on July 27 and will continue until August 5. The Indian contingent’s impressive performance has garnered attention and accolades in the competition.
