On Wednesday, he is accused of making a flying kiss gesture as he left the Lok Sabha. Without naming Rahul Gandhi, Union Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani claimed that he misbehaved and that “only a misogynistic man can gesture a flying kiss to female parliamentarians.”
