Amit Shah In Lok Sabha: Throughout debate on the no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha, home minister Amit Shah lashed out at the Congress over corruption allegations throughout the two terms of the UPA government. According to Shah, the major motivation for the alliance’s decision to call itself ‘INDIA’ was the massive corruption charges. He claimed to have personally totaled approximately Rs 12 lakh crore in scams perpetrated by the UPA between 2004 and 2014.
